Daily cleaning by house keeping / provide all essential elements daily including water bottles /napkins They have kids room / self service laundry . Elevators are fast .

The location is close to Haram and the bus of hotel is there to take you Haram. There are pakistani restaurants in the Tower so you dnt have to search for restaurants.

The staff were very welcoming, warm and accommodating. The facilities were very functional (e.g. had to wait very briefly for elevators), service was superb, with very respectful cleaning staff. Special mention to Aasim and Sultaan who were so very understanding.
